Kaoru Forbess scored in the 10th minute to lift the No. 6 Maryland men’s soccer team past Navy, 1-0, on Tuesday night at Ludwig Field. The Terps (11-4-2) snapped a two-game scoring drought at 9:57 when Forbess notched his second goal of the season. The sophomore midfielder faked a pass and then struck the ball from 20 yards out into the upper left corner for an early 1-0 Maryland lead. Zac MacMath recorded his 9th shutout of the season.
