The verbal commitment from Jake Layman has eliminated Maryland from Jerami Grant’s college selection list. My gut feel is Syracuse. This is how it works. Now it seems like the Terps are down to Christian Sanders or Terry Henderson for the guard position and McGary or Jefferson for th forward. In each case either guy would be great. Turgeon will take the first to commit in my opinion. It’s way too dicey to stall any verbal. Either McGary or Jefferson will be a tough close for the staff.
