Kevin has been the defensive coach of the Terps for the last 2 years. Do I need to say anymore about this young man. It is going to be brutal to lose him, but no one deserves a head coaching position more thenKevin. Believe it’s only a short matter of time before Goergetown lacrosse returns to the elite of lacrosse.

Kevin Warne has been named the head coach of the Georgetown men’s lacrosse team, the school announced Tuesday morning. The release confirms early Tuesday morning reports by IL’s Christian Swezey (via The Washington Post) and Quint Kessenich. Warne’s hire comes after associate head coach Matt Kerwick left the program.
