Hayley Brock scored two goals and Becky Kaplan added a goal and an assist to lead the University of Maryland women’s soccer team to a 4-1 victory over Clemson Sunday afternoon at Ludwig Field.
The victory raises the Terps’ record to 6-2-1 overall and 2-0-0 in conference play. This marks the first time since 1997, and just the second time in program history, that Maryland has started 2-0-0 in ACC play. The Tigers fall to 5-3-2 overall and 0-2-0 in the ACC.
