– Forwards Hayley Brock and Becky Kaplan were named to the
All-ACC second team, while midfielder Ashley Spivey was named to the ACC’s
All-Freshman team, as the league awards were announced by the Atlantic Coast
Conference office on Thursday, November 1.
“I’m pleased for Hayley, Becky and Ashley, because they have worked so hard to
get where they’re at and deserve these accolades,” said Maryland head coach
Jonathan Morgan. “These honors are also an indication of our team as a whole and
are a reflection of the hard work and dedication put in by all of their
