Seven former Maryland men’s lacrosse players have been named to the United States men’s senior team by US Lacrosse and head coach John Danowski.
Maryland had the most former players named to the 44-man roster among all colleges, including: midfielders Mike Chanenchuk (’14), John Haus (’13), Jeremy Sieverts (’09), Drew Snider (’12) and Joe Walters (’06), short stick midfielder Jake Bernhardt (’13), defender Jesse Bernhardt (’13) and goalie Brian Phipps (’11).
44 players have made the initial selection list.
