Justin Jackson Stays in College Park

A post by Jordan

Terps flex four Justin Jackson is returning for his second season. Jackson is widely considered to be the Terps best player and will almost certainly go pro in 2018 as he is currently projected as the 21st pick in the 2018 NBA draft, however if he has a strong 2017-2018 campaign his stock could rise further. Jackson had good feedback from NBA scouts up until the last day where he worked out for his hometown Toronto Raptors, he was seen by many a possible very late first round pick. However the 2017 draft class is considered by many to be the best since the 2010 class which featured John Wall, DeMarcus Cousins, Gordon Heyward, Paul George, Eric Bledsoe and several other notable players including former Terp Greivis Vasquez. Jackson rejoins a team featuring returning players Anthony Cowen, Kevin Huerter, Michael Checkosky, Ivan Bender, and Jared Nickens and new faces Bruno Fernando, Daryl Morsel, and Duke Transfer Sean Obi.
