What a show!! What a Broadway experience!!! Was it worth waiting through 3 lotteries to get a ticket–YES.

The Boss weaves through his life experiences starting with Growing up. Many of you saw the shortened performance of My Hometown on the Tony Awards. Believe me, the full version was incredible–not ever to be forgotten. His songs with his wife, Patty Scialfa were excellent featuring her voice in back up and harmony. The Boss’ tales of his friendship and devotion to “The Big Man” Clarence Clemons was covered of course during Tenth Avenue Freeze Out. A theme throughout the show was how much he missed his Dad and Clarence. Dancing in the Dark was his tribute to his mom, who just loved to dance.

When the 2 hour 20 minute show ended, I walked down to the heart of Times Square at Broadway and 45 th St, grabbed a chair and just took in all the happenings that you could only find in New York around Midnight. No doubt, New York is still the most exciting city in the world and a capped a great night.
