Iverson would hurt the Clippers not help. Here’s a team with a solid inside player in Marcus Camby who will get some much needed help from Blake Griffin. You have two outstanding young players in Al Thornton and Eric Gordon and a solid point guard in Baron Davis. Iverson is too selfish and if you noticed Denver took off after Iverson was traded away. The Pistons couldn’t wait to get him off the roster. Iverson would take time away from Gordon who needs to play and deserves to play. The present and future is better served with Gordon in the Clippers backcourt, not with Iverson. However the way the Clippers organization has been run for years signing Iverson wouldn’t surprise me because this franchise knows only how to lose.
