From Jeff Barker’s blog in the Sun comes the story of Torrey Smith’s take on the perfoemance of QB1 Chris Turner.
“From the outside looking in – with the media and fans – it might look like he’s doing a terrible job,” the wide receiver said.“More than likely it’s a lot of stuff that isn’t him,” Smith said. “Chris is a guy, when he’s confident and protected, he’s one of the best quarterbacks out there.”
Torrey is a bonafide future NFL star and I greatly respect his speaking up for his teammate.
