After Slow Start, Terrapins Demolish Fairfield 71-42 Before 16,227

The thrill is in the air at Comcast. This is a genuinely entertaining tam to watch. Tonight after getting off to a slow start, Eric Hayes caught fire scoring 7 points in a minute and the Terps never looked back. Once again Baltimore’s Sean Mosley had a terrific all around game–stealing the ball, passing rebounding and scoring. This kid has arrived. The 2 freshman who seem to be splitting one of the big men positions combined for 12 points and 12 rebounds. The #25 Terps to move to 2-0 and face New Hampshire on Friday.

Some comments:

Greivis must get used to being a marked man!!

Landon game in and game out performs.

If jordan can developthat little 10-12 ft jumper, he will be a force in College Basketball.

Another great crowd for a non conference game tonight.

#32 For Fairfield, Anthony Johnson, was a true defensive giant tonight with 14 rebounds and 6 blocked shots.
