There is no Tomorrow for the Ravens Without Win Against the Lions Today
At 6-6, the Ravens must win today to stay in the playoff hunt. Dante Culpepper fills in for Matthew Stafford today. Game time is 1PM at M&T Bank Stadium. DRESS WARM!!!
Does anyone else agree that it might be time to try and trade Arenas and look to the draft?
The team needs a superstar to pull it all together. They are not getting any younger. Stephenson is just plain terrible.
Arenas’s contract is going to be a thorn in their sides for the entire time.
The Wiz will obviously have to eat some of that deal, but if they can get a solid young gaurd and maybe a 1st round pick, they might be able to salvage something moving forward.
Arenas has not been right for 3 or so years now, and he is not getting any better.
It is only a matter of time now, before his attitude comes out and REALLY starts to hurt the team.
It was worth the gamble to lock him up like they did, but it didn’t work.
Trade him now, look for a 1st round pick, on top of the top 5 pick they are looking at for themselves, and they could do a lot of damage.

Ryan the problem is Grunfeld has gone all in with his big 3, led by Arenas. He had a chance to opt out before he resigned him but chose not to. Arenas is showing the effects of playing so sparsely the past few years–mainly no confidence when the heat is on. His game will come back but can his running mates stay healthy. What they nee is to change the name backto the Bullets—just kidding sort of.
I think the zards need to get rid of arenas, find a pass first point guard, find a good center, put blanche at forward and let him play 25 games as a starter. play jamison at small forward and play butler at shooting guard. but who cares. once they traded earl the pearl and once they left baltimore it never has been the same.
