Greivis is undoubtedly POY in the ACC. I am sure we will hear a few MVP chants Wednesday night.
But , there are more hills to climb. Duke has beaten us 6 straight times the last being in Durham. That one loss has marred an otherwise great ACC season. But we have a chance at redemption. No, a loss will not spoil the season. the Terps will still be all of the above. But I firmly believe the we are as good as this potential #1 seed and only the loss in Durham has left doubt. Zoubek another big game–never. Jordan Williams gets better and better every game. Also, Dino will certainly put one of Zoubek’s shots into orbit.
It is Greivis’, Eric’s, and Landon’s last hurrah at Comcast. the joint will be going nuts. With the way they have played at Comcast 7-0, believe me it’s the Devils who are shaking –not the cool, quiet Senior assassins who will be dressed in Gold.

I don’t think it’s judgement day. Win or lose Maryland is going to the NCAA’s and by that time the weather here will be “beach weather”. I think it’s more like “Payback Day”, even though the game is being played in the evening. Payback Evening just doesn’t flow well. Though the Terps have been coming from behind quite a bit lately I dare say it is important though not imperative the home team gets off to a good start and doesn’t fall back. No question in my mind the 6th man is big Wednesday so the crowd must maintain a high level of energy throughout especially if we fall behind. Now if someone can slip a laxative (like what happened in the pope of greenwich village) or a “mickey” (like in the seinfeld episode) to Dickie V’s drink I would truly appreciate that. oh oh oh
