I had mentioned last night on Mike Popovic’s 105.7 show thatI thought that PeShon and Stoglin might be tried together in the starting lineup and yes it has happened. Bowie and Mosley were replaced but are about to enter with 14 minutes left in the 1st half and the Terps up12-10.
Coach of the Montrose Christian team, Stu Vetter was here for the raising of Greivis’ jersey but had to leave early for a game. The ceremony was very emotional with a crush of media folks and cameramen. Greivis’ family was here in its entirety. Back to the Game.

On the strength of the play of CJ Leslie, State has rallied back to within 4, but Stoglin just hit a 18 footer straight on and was fouled—with 7:39 left the Terps are up–26-20. Leslie was sought after heavily by Maryland but for some reason chose Sidney Lowe over us. Leslie continues to be hot and Scott Wood just hit 2 threes to give State a 38-33 lead. Silence in the Comcast Center. Williams and Dino have combined for 25 points to keep the Terps within 2. At halftime Terps trail 40-38.
