next spring the orioles should condition their starters to pitch every 4th day. the relief pitchers should be conditioned to pitch 2-3- 4 innings at a time. there are too few quality pitchers in baseball. the 4 man rotation worked well for decades. one inning relief pitchers is absurd. and get pie out of left. as jim palmer said last night. he has no instincts. and what a wonderful steal effort last night as pie came up short in his slide. you can’t win major league games without major league players.
