“We had a very good first meeting with Coach (Mark) Turgeon and the staff,” said Britt. “He was straight up and honest. The first thing he said was, “hey, I haven’t seen your son play, but I am going to.”
“We appreciated his honesty. And he kept his word and saw him play a good deal this summer. He then made it perfectly clear to us that he wants Nate to be a part of his program.
“Coach made us a formal offer and it was a good feeling. We’re going to be watching closely this fall to see who they are able to sign. I know they are aiming high. I saw big Shaq (Cleare) and the (Mitch) McGary kid down at the NBA Camp, and those guys are tough. They are men.
“Obviously, it will mean a lot if there are good players wherever Nate goes. He does his best with good players around him. Everyone keeps asking us about the Harrison twins. Let me just say they’re not a concern to us in terms of making a college decision. Nate will do what the coach asks him to do. Again, he wants the right fit, in the right system, and he wants to play early and often. Those are the things we are most concerned with right now.”

I wonder how many kids he recruits that DONT want to play early and often?
