As I was walking toward the press room post game, I was asked by many fans how I was going to spin this loss. There is no spin. No excuses –no Temple is really a great team, if only McCree had played. Nothing!!!!!
Comcast is supposed to replay this game Tuesday night at 7. I’d sooner watch the replay of the Ravens Titans game last Sunday.
I can’t for the life of me understand the nature of this defeat. This was the same Terrapin team that took WVU to the wire last week?
Have the other def Coordinators solved our hurry up offense?
Have the suspensions of McCree and Tyler effected us that much?

Last May when Maryland lost to Colgate in lacrosse and probably cost themselves a top 8 seeding and thus a home game, I told Coach Tillman to just take the game film and throw it in the trash.
Coach Edsall do the same please.Next week’s game against Towson should be interesting.
I still don’t believe what I saw.
Edsall ended all stupid speculation about the QB position by emphatically stating that Danny is our starting QB. Danny was sacked 3 times and probably suffered a dozen hits. Add 4 or 5 drops –then analyze his performance.

Unfortunately there Md football program is being exposed for the dearth of talent. Undersized on Defense and not enough talent on Offensive line to keep Obrien healthy. You can site the West Va game all you want, but you cannot put your team or any team that deep in hole consistently. Stop looking for little nuggets to make excuses. What bothers me more than the score of Temple was the lack of preparation that was very apparent. When you have that and lack of effort, then one wonders about the coaching.
