just a note on how things have gone so badly for the orioles. the sunpapers have a new orioles beat writer who wrote, in his first column today, that he was almost named after 1976 orioles 2nd baseman andres mora. thing is mora played left field and dh. he did play a few games in right and one at third in his oriole career. bobby grich played 2nd for the majority of the games and rich dauer played 11 games at 2nd in ’76.
