Now that Terp Nation had arisen and realizes that maybe, just maybe Maryland could be on a run to the dance, it’s time to believe that tonight we face a must win situation at BC. The Terps are 6-6 in conference play with 6 games left, 4 of which are on the road. Because of the weak non conference schedule, one would think the Terps must finish 10-8 in Conference to even have a chance of securing the ticket. Hoping we can protect our house against Clemson, and Carolina the Terps must find 2 wins on the road. After thoroughly out-coaching Coach K Saturday night, Coach Turgeon must work on his team’s psyche to prevent the letdown tonight.
A note on Seth Allen: across the country this weekend the “experts ” were praising the coolness and bravado of the freshman point guard while criticizing his flamboyant style that led to 8 turnovers. Sounds like the comments on Greivis in his Freshman year. I am beginning to think that Turgeon might have landed a gem with his firstMaryland recruit.
