fyi strassburg had tommy john surgery and he played 3 yrs in college. md-w.va rivalry? w.va big rilvary has always been pitt. dixon and blake played for the wizards and there was no big deal made of it from the media. same would have held true for len. everybody knows he’s a project. most fans don’t know of cocoran because he was a nobody in college. he played for about 30 seconds in the nfl. he was a great self promoter but the reality is he was a minor league qb. and it doesn’t surprise me that pacella didn’t know about him. why would he. most md players today would have no idea who ben kinard is or larry dick because the college careers at md went unnoticed by 98% of the fans and players.
