Observations of a glorious day at College Park
Likely was incredible transposing field position for Maryland into short drives for TDs.
What was more incredible was that Richmond barely punted away from him. Not too bright.
Perry Hills managed the game well but his misfirings on a few deep passes was a concern.
Brandon Ross (150 yds) and Wes Brown led the squad to a 341 yard rushing day.
The defense after a marginal 1st half bounced back to stifle Richmond in the 2nd half.
Brad Craddock uncharacteristically missed a PAT as well as a 28 FG.
Quinton Jefferson had 2 sacks for Maryland.
Attendance announced at 38,117

will likely…better return specialists than diggs or t smith or sutter.
perry hills needs to improve dramatically and yet jerry dinardo of the b10 network thought he played great. he must be on some serious drugs.
not a good day for the big 10. we do have a big shot of beating penn st. they have no offensive line giving up 10 sacks yesterday in temple or at temple..maybe they should have gone to temple friday night and prayed for better results at temple saturday. maybe they shouldn’t play temple on shabbos.
