Despite the 3 picks, I was impressed with Caleb Rowe today. 4 TD passes –almost 300 yards and the ball was in the deep freeze in the 4th quarter. There is no doubt that Caleb on a good day (no pics and minimal penalties) can allow us to beat anyone on the schedule. I might not have said that until I watched a pathetic performance by Ohio State barely getting by a MAC squad, Northern Illinois.
Some standouts today
Carolina transfer Avery Edwards looked great today with 2 TD catches as well as his Gronkowski spike which drew the ire of Coach Edsall.
McDonogh’s Roman Braglio was ecstatic with his 2 sacks today.
Taivon Jacobs in his first start was on the receiving end of a 70 yard TD pass.
Brother Levern Jacobs caught 8 passes for 107 yards.
Sean Davis had 2 interceptios today which made every Maryland fan happy after his tough outing last week.
So the Terps are now 2-1 and journey to Morgantown to face arch rival West Virginia.

bruce, the mac teams,,played close but lost,,so what’s your point. md got beat by a mac team by 21 at home
the fact that you had to give thought to those comments, typed them, probably re read them and still hit send scares me.

my mistake, yes toledo won over iowa st (1-2) in double overtime but at least toledo was at home and it was a close game. at least they didn’t get beat by 3 touchdowns at home. big difference in my opinion…and you got the score wrong.
