one reason manny got plucked is he took his good ole time running the bases after the home run. when you show up the opposing pitcher and team that way you’re going to get hit. in other words it’s time for manny to start growing up and acting like a pro.

wayne this is the wayne baseball is played and has been played for 100 yrs. papelbon had no business throwing that high at manny. you hit guys in the middle of their back so how pap handled things was completely wrong and i hope an o’s pitcher hits harper in the middle of his back today to send a message. but when you show up the other pitcher you’re probably going to get hit.
and my comment are honest straight forward. you won’t see me insult people’s intelligence acting like i’m from the p r dept of a team or school.

Can’t throw up high like that especially after throwing a breaking ball down and away. Harper knows he’s getting hit and said as much after the game. If I’m Matt Williams I give him the day off.
Manny showed plenty of maturity by not charging the mound. Certainly more than Papelbon.
