What a great showing by this young band of Terrapin brothers. Facing the greatest assemblage of lacrosse talent ever–Maryland stormed from behind to knot the game at 9 before dropping a 10-9 thriller to the USA.
Jared Bernhardt was spectacular, scoring 3 goals with 2 assists. Conor Kelly rang the bell twice.
As usual ground balls and overall toughness kept the Terps in the game.
Austin Heningshen and Bonapart afforded themselves well at the face-off X
Remember this band of Terps were facing the likes of Paul Rabil, Drew Snider, Rob Pannell, Tom Schreiber, Joe Walters,etc.
