The NFL is starting to learn something Terp fans have known for a while, Maryland football players can play. One of these Terps is DJ Moore, who caught major attention after a surprising Combine 40-yard dash of 4.43, 0.03 seconds faster than Minnesota Vikings and former Terp speedster Stefon Diggs.
