To me this was a huge win for the Terps. After the loss to Carolina last week, there had to be concern with the lack of offensive production in a game where Maryland dominated the X yet could not score enough. Alexander Tumminello, a 2015 middie for St. Thomas Aquinas, has committed to the University of Maryland. Tumminello had a great Hot Beds tournament with Team Florida last summer making the All-Star roster.

Maryland (4-0) — A big ACC game in a big stadium featured 5,055 fans in Byrd Stadium (54,000 capacity), a very good crowd but not the atmosphere of Klockner’s identical 5,000 later on Saturday night.
