Former Maryland standout quarterback Boomer Esiason has been named to the Atlantic Coast Conference Football Legends Class of 2013, the league announced on Wednesday. The 2013 Legends will be honored at the Dr. Pepper ACC Championship game in Charlotte, N.C., on December 7.

The Maryland men’s and women’s basketball teams will return to historic Cole Field House for Maryland Madness Friday, October 18. Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 6:30 p.m. Tickets will be available to students and Terrapin Club donors on Monday, September 30 at 8:30 a.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis.
