Just when we had written off Lance Stephenson from the Maryland picture, his Dad announces in USA Today that the choice for his son is down to Maryland and Arizona. The merry go round keeps turning with events changing every day. Analyze this: Rivals.com reported today in its Whispers column that Terrell Vinson might be rethinking his possible committment to UMass and now is considering Maryland. Listen to the chain of events. Lance really wants to go to Kansas but if Xavier Henry decides to be a Jayhawk, Lance knows Self will forget he ever knew him. Adam Zagoria agains changed themes announcing that since it now clearly appears Kansas has lost interest in Lance, he is now taking an official visit to St John’s this weekend. For whatever reason Bill Self paid a visit to Lance’s home Friday afternoon. Again it just seems like the Terps are out of the picture, but that’s today.
