The Wolfpack hung around tonight but Greivis Vasquez refused to let his team falter, scoring 33 points and running a near flawless court game while leading the Terps to a 71-60 road victory over NC State. Dave Neal reminded his team at halftime the urgent need for a road win in the ACC and finished with 11 points and 8 rebounds. I have been speaking about Judgement day for the Terps all year. But today is the true day of reckoning. The Terps must win 2 of its final 3 gamesto keep itself in the Dance. Maryland needs to find a way to win at NC State on Sunday night. Brandon Costner must be stopped!!! The Terps are currently 17-10 overall and 6-7 in the ACC. As predicted here on Terp Talk, the Terrapins won another squeaker on the road at Chesnut Hill defeating Boston College and thus avenging the home loss suffered earlier in the year. It is really a shame that the game was only on ESPNU and so many Marylanders missed watching a great Terp performance!!!!
