A combination of ex Northwestern stars of Katrina Dowd, Christian Kjellman and Lindsey Munday led Team USA to a dominating win over Maruyland forced to play without 2 of its key players, Brittany Poist and Katie Schwartzmann-both members of Team USA. Goalie Devon Wills turned in a masterful performance leading Team USA to a 8-7 Win over Australia and thus retaking the  Ladies Lacrosse World Cup lost 4 years ago in Annapolis. Caitlyn McFadden and Acacia Walker played key roles down the stretch for Team USA.

Caitlyn McFadden and Acacia Walker (1 current and 1 ex-terp ) helped lead the USA to its 4th straight win in the World Cup Challenge in Prague. Australia. Jen Adams leads a contingent of 4 Terrapins including Sarah Mollison, on the Australia team.The USA bounced back from a 5-0 start and a 9-4 Australia halftime lead.  Look for these 2 teams to meet in the title game later this week.
