What in the world just happened? I observed a very happy and content Don Brown at the Wednesday night recruit intro event at College Park. Today he leaves? Didn’t he care about the kids who formed an allegiance to him? Wht would he leave like he did? To UConn for the same position. This is absurd.
The following is an excerpt from the Sun about the 3 Florida kids reacted.”I thought he was a good coach,” said Edsall, who … Read More »
There was a bright smile across the face of QB1 Chris Turner as Bruce Campbell returned to the practice fild today. Since he left the Clemson game 2 weeks ago, the Terps have been out of sync. Paul Pinegar returns to the right tackle position he is much more comfortable with. Now that Bruce is back , look for Caleb Porzel to have the kind of game I have been promising.
Here are some of the key questions facing the Terps in Game #1
-Chris Turner is he ready to make the next move up

The following is from gamerosters.com: 6. Maryland (3-5) Coach: Ralph Friedgen (9th year) –” The Terrapins struggled on offense last year under first year coordinator James Franklin and his West Coast system. This year however, the Terps return starting QB Chris Turner and a deep group of running backs led by All-ACC performer Da’Rel Scott. Despite the loss of 1st round pick Darrius Heyward-Bey, Maryland will boast one of the deepest and fastest set of WR’s in the conference. Turner and … Read More »
Some observations of the Red White scrimmage, won by the White squad 34-24.
QB1, Chris Turner played well throwing 3 touchdowns and seemed very comfortable with Adrian Cannon who caught 2 of the TDs.
More important, Jamarr Robinson showed himself to be a more then adequate backup QB throwing 3 TDs and runnig a smooth offense.
The star of the day was Quintin McCree who caught all 3 TDs from Robinson.
It was obvious Ralph pulled back his defense today, … Read More »
