Like many Baltimoreans, I was somewhat upset when Abe Pollin moved the Bullets to Landover. However the albatross known as the Civic Center was certainly a leading factor in the move. Can you imagine that the structure built in 1964, still serves our great Metropolis as the major indoor arena in the area.
