I was at the O’s game last night. After 3 1/2 innings with the Birds losing 9-1, being surrounded by Red Sox nation, with a thunderstorm lurking, I decide I had enough and left. I was watching the O’s game last night with a few friends and as the Orioles jumped to a 7-0 lead, I said dishearteningly to Jimmy Mo that the Red Sox would catch up by the 5th. The score after 5 was 8-8. Year after year we have to watch the Red Sox celebrate at our expense.After 10 games the O’s staff has given up 79 runs.
