I would resign Kyle Boller as a backup. Troy Smith was never tested last year. Boller should be cheap enough to keep 3 QBs.

  A series of improbable events have left the Ravens with no other option then starting Rookie QB Joe Flacco this coming Sunday. The Ravens have also signed Joey Harrington who will probably be the backup for the game.      As the Brett Favre sweepstakes begins, the Ravens opened camp with Boller, Troy Smith and Flacco battling for the #1 spot.  Every time I watch Boller with that short arm toss, my stomach crawls.  Look for Troy Smith to emerge as #1 and the Ravens to show no interest in #4 (Favre).
