Maryland quarterback Perry Hills has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Rookie of the Week for his play in the Terrapins’ 36-27 win over Temple, the league announced Monday. Hills went 11 of 21 for 190 yards, two passing touchdowns and one rushing touchdown in the victory. One of the latest verbals to the Terrapins is that of Cole Farrand a 6″2″ 240 lb Linebacker and team leader from New Jersey. The Terrapins are up to 11 commitments now–way ahead of last year’s pace.
