Friedgen noted again after the scrimmage how much he is enjoying the chemistry on the team. Bernardo Bramson, Steve Mike-Mayer, Jess Atkinson, Nick Novak, Dan Ennis are all legendary Maryland place kickers. The legacy hopefully continues with the new freshman addition of Nick Ferrara. In 2008, Nick nailed 14 of 16 field goals and 46 of 48 PAT’s. He also handled the punting chores for St Anthony’s. Nick should eventually become a fixture in the Terrapin’s offense.
