Time to move on as they say. Roddy is 6’4 180 and would be a tremendous addition to Maryland basketball. the competition is stiff: UCLA. Xavier, Georgetown, and now Kansas.

Let me put this simply–Phil Booth a 6’3 170 sharpshooter is simply stupendous. I watched him for 3 days at the MIAA Series at Stevenson. His talents bely his young age and he as smooth a player as you can imagine. Phil and parents were at Maryland on Monday checking out the campus, according to terrapin times.com. Tuesday it’s Roddy Peters turn. Enough said.

terrapintimes.com broke this story today. Roddy and mom will spend Thursday with Coach Turgeon at Maryland as Maryland states its case for the now much sought after point guard.

Georgetown, Memphis, UCLA, Xavier, Rutgers and Maryland are his final 6. Expect a decision in the fall according to terrapintimes.com.

terrapintimes reports that the Hoyas have offered and the Terps will very soon. Roddy has had Maryland high on his list for a while now. His recent play has caused his star to rise. Turgeon has the Terps in the mix for everyone. The next few weeks will be very interesting to say the least!
