I took a lot of heat for suggesting that I believe the phenom should be included on the NL roster Tuesday  night. Maybe he hasn’t proven anything yet but put him on the extra player ballot and watch him win in a landslide. He is the fans choice. Does that count for anything?

This is a great matchup between two very solid teams that have the ability to win big.  It starts on Wednesday, and here are my thoughts on the advantages:

MY MAN, George Sherrill didn’t have it tonight, failing to hold the Phils at bay as the Dodgers lost at home 8-6. The HR to Ibanez was only the 2nd homer Sherrill has given up to a lefthander in the past 2 years. Brad Lidge cme in to record his 3rd post season save in 3 tries.
