That is not an April fools joke. JaVal, the ex Wizard, schooled Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol. Game 6 is in Denver Thursday night.

Down the wire, Steve Blake was stellar again. His 2 threes under 4 minutes helped close the gap and his last second rebound and tip to Ramon Sessions was brilliant.

That’s right, Steve Blake scored 8 in the 4th quarter, blocked a layup by Galinari, and grabbed a key late rebound in perhaps his finest effort as a Laker. It was definitely great to watch!!!

Ramon Sessions was recently traded for by Mitch Kupchak. Trading Derek Fischer was nott  popular move by the GM. But after watching Sessions, I am becoming convinced that Steve Blake might get a 2nd ring. I have really watched Ramon Sessions closely but he absolutely was the key in the Lakers road win over Dallas. It is very interesting that Derek Fischer has signed with the western leaders, Oklahoma City.

Let’s get it on. Five members of the 2002 National Championship, including 2 current NBA stars will suit it up for the Alumni Game at 10:30. Usually the game consists of Mitch Kasoff dominating play but this year might be different. (I do hope Mitch plays this year). What a great night it will be at College Park as the former Champions help kick off Mark Turgeon’s Maryland career.

My only comment is that LA disgraced themselves with their flagrant fouls when the game was out of reach.
