With Gary Williams in attendance in Chicago, an early review on Greivis Vasquez was disappointing. NBAdraft.net reported that Greivis looked a bit out of place with all the speedy point guards present. Greivis, come back to Maryland –take the Terps back to the top 15-20 and next year your place in the 1st round will be no issue.
It’s hard to believe the effect Ron Artest has had on Kobe. #24 seems to be out of sorts being frustrated by the constant defense being inflicted on him by Battier and Artest. The Lakers will win game 7 but appear to be vulnerable to Denver and thouroughly outmatched by LeBron and the Cavaliers. Let’s see what Jackson can do to coach these guys back to dominance.

North Carolina will save face for the ACC tonight. After watching the Tar Heels thoroughly thrash Villanova by taking advantage of its length defensively, I expect much more of the same tonight. Villanova 69 Pitt 50 Pitt seems like it has run out of gas, while Villanova humiliated Duke by 23. Jay Wright has his guys playing the most unselfish brand of basketball imaginable. Louisville might be too good though but when Montrose sends Yarou and Armwood next year , look out.

New starter, Sean Mosley has to step it up a notch or two tonight and drive to the bucket more then he has been doing.
