This is not Garrett Atkins, This is not David Sequi. Ty Wigginton needs to be signed now. Look at what he has done for the O’s. 2 years probably 8 million. This is the protection we need should it be decided that Bell is not ready for prime time.

I would like to see Baez traded. I think Huff will get traded. If he does get traded Salazar and Wigginton would split time playing first. If Berken doesn’t have a real good start next time out I would think Tillman will come up and Berken would go to the bullpen if the O’s trade a pitcher like Baez or going back to Norfolk to start. Wednesday-an embarrasing effort by Pie insured defeat. Last night–maybe the pitching staff should pitch Mr Ramirez a shade more carefully. Chris Ray was not impressive. This was one game I had to go see. The build up for Brad Bergesen leads every Oriole fan to believe he is part of the pitching solution. Brad did not disappoint, he was brilliant by Oriole standards.
