These are just some thoughts I have.
No deferral of the coin flip Saturday. We must get the lead against Cal or it could get ugly.
Kenny Tate should be given a chance to return kickoffs.
Darrius on punt returns–one more chance to get the ball in his hands.
The Terps have to take some chances blitzing the QB. Lack of a pass rush is killing us.
Script 10 play series for Josh Portis. One play in and out is tough for any QB.
Darrius must get more touches–checl out Jermaine Lewis’ last season at Maryland. I believe he actually moved to the backfield several plays a game.
