Was that the same Miami team who the Terps thoroughly dominated last Saturday night? Did the Hurricanes destroy the Wake Forest Demon Deacons? How pathetic was the Duke team that got destroyed by Trevor Booker and the Clemson Tigers? Did Terrence Oglesby mockingly try to stuff the ball and further humilate Duke. Was that performance by Duke worthy of a tean that was #1 10 days ago? I didn’t realize that Coach K relies on Lance Thomas to tonguelash the team–that was pretty impressive for all the recruits out there. There is only one dominant team in the ACC and I’m not so sure that a good old fashioned slowdown won’t derail Roy Williams because he will not know how to deal with it. Everyone I talk to says the Terps will be lucky to win 5 or 6 games in conference. I’m not so sure after seeing the 2 train wrecks Wednesday night.
