10,000 Withstand Stifling Heat–Watch Turner, Robinson Put on Aerial Show

Some observations of the Red White scrimmage, won by the White squad 34-24.

QB1, Chris Turner played well throwing 3 touchdowns and seemed very comfortable with Adrian Cannon who caught 2 of the TDs.

More important, Jamarr Robinson showed himself to be a more then adequate backup QB throwing 3 TDs and runnig a smooth offense.

The star of the day was Quintin McCree who caught all 3 TDs from Robinson.

It was obvious Ralph pulled back his defense today, after the defense has so thoroughly dominated spring practice. Also Defensive Coordinator Don Brown said on Terp Talk Thursday night “You never know who is in the stands.”

Drew Gloster starred for the defense with 10 tackles.

On another note it was great to see the slimmer version of Coach Friedgen. He looks great!!!!
