Au Revoir Lance Stephenson – We Hardly Knew Ya

Lance Stephenson could have been the toast of the Baltimore / DC area.  He will soon be nothing but a faded memory on our minds. I will never understand why he didn’t  commit a few weeks back after Kansas made it clear he wasnt  wanted as a Jayhawk. Here is hoping that Born Ready and his posse find what they are looking for. I promise these are my final words on Lance!!!!

It is like a relationship, if one side does not commit, then the relationship wont work. It is obvious that Lance is not interested in UMD, but he wants to leave the door open, in case. I think he really wants to come to UMD when Maryland withdraw the intention.

I am still amazed that Lance’s “process” took this long. We all see juniors commiting to schools, and Lance and his family were undecided about where to go. Most big programs would have been a fit for Lance if they didn’t have a big time 2 guard.

    He’s never been out of
Coney island, but going away could be a problem for an immature 18 year old. UMD’s right down the Pike, his parents couldn’t have asked for a better HOF coach and asst coaches to steer Lance in the right direction.

The NCAA compliance cannot be so clear cut as Lance’s dad describes, or else the big programs would have recruited him harder. No one wants the NCAA sniffing dogs around. Memphis may as well get him since the dogs are already there. BR for an investigation…Best wishes to him – indecision sometimes can be the worst indirect decision to make…

When you lie down with dogs, you get fleas! BAGGAGE; when you fly, you can take two bags on the plane. No one knows what you checked at the counter. He could have multiple trunks to carry his “Baggage”. Translate – AAU crap.

Gary does not need this narcissistic Born Stupid, Not Ready.
