Vernon Davis obviously has righted the bad start he had with Mike Singletary. Vernon remains the toughest receiver to bring down (next to John Mackey) that I have ever seen.
Mackey was by the far the hardest. I don’t think Davis is in the class of a Mike Ditka or Kellen Winslow. I know he’s not. He’s hardly caught any passes.
