Terps To Face Desperate Hokie Squad Saturday at the Castle

Six days ago the Terps and Virginia Tech were tied for 2nd and both were complaining about not being ranked. Oh what a difference a week makes. With 10 conference wins the Terps are no longer part of the bubble discussion. Each win of the final 3 conference games for Maryland will catapult them up the seeding scale. On the other hand with the lack of respect the ACC has earned, the Hokies find themselves squarely on the bubble. Malcolm Dulaney having been left off the Naismith list will certainly be in a lather trying to outduel Senor Vasquez. Dulaney who wears a tattoo of the inner Harbor on his chest certainly possesses the hard nosed attitudes of Baltimore guards. Perhaps Gary puts his Baltimore guy, Mr Mosley , on a Dulaney watch. Though unsure about whether the Hokies will full court press the Terps, I just don’t think they will. Seth Greenberg has his guys playing a brutal man to man half court d and I really don’t think he wants to get into a track meet with the Terps. Much more on the game tomorrow.
