After trailing for the entire game the Terrapins went on a 7 goal run led by 3 goals by Senior Will Yeatman, to move to 2-0 for the season. Ryan Young tallied a career high 5 assists along with 1 goal to lead the scoring for the Terps. Georgetown at different point in the game led 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 before giving up the lead for good when Freshman Jesse Bernhardt scored to vie the Terp a 12-11 lead with 13 minutes left.

The return of Brian Farrell triggered many transition situations as he gathered up 10 groundballs. Coach Dave Cottle was understandably ecstatic after the game. Cottle audi0 Cottle 1 Hoyas Brian Farrell audio:Farrell Gtown

Kudos to Will Yeatman for volunteering to switch to middie because of the attack overload on the Terps.  Will looks like a giant on the field. Yeatman Gtown audio

Brian Phipps, finally the #1 Goalie, had a slow start but was scrappy in the net according to Coach Cottle. Phipps Gtown
