Lakers 83 Celtics 79     Some comments:

The Celtics actually had a 13 point lead in the 3rd quarter. A team rarely loses that kind of margin especially when only  so few points are scored.  Why did Boston keep fouling ?

Gasol and Artest were fabulous last night making up for a subpar performance from Kobe.

Game 7 was riveting television. Sympathies go out to all Red Sox fans who are also Celtic fans.

   ugly game l a shoots 20 more ft’s than bost. 83-79. and that’s the final score in a 7th game of an nba championship game. puts basketball back 50 yrs. 83-79 is a great score for an ncaa game but not in an nba game where you play 48 min with a 24 sec shot clock. does anyone think either of last night’s team could beat the lakers or celts of the 80’s in their prime. jordan’s teams couldn’t beat the 80’s lakers or celts. the det bad boys couldn’t beat em, hakeem’s houston teams couldn’t beat em. nba talent level is too diluted.
