I went to the O’s game last night. Good effort in a losing battle. Some thoughts:
Where have you gone Corey Patterson? Buck must have seen some of the blunders.
I like how Buck stays withe starters much longer. Part of the reason the O’s always have a September swoon is because the bullpen is just finished.
Matt Wieters looked great at bat in his last 2 trips.
It’s hard to get a foul ball behind the screen.
Attman’s was strong as usual last night.
Sat with Stan the Fan last night. This guy really knows baseball.
Josh Bell is batting .229, seems to be a fair fielder, and is slow. Oh yea–no home runs—but it is early.
Felix Pie could really be a great ballplayer.
Brett Favre is back—who cares.
